The
Right Personnel for Every Challenge
The
ability of any company to successfully complete a project
on-time and on-budget is driven by the capabilities
of its personnel. ACTES employs
specialized, well trained, dedicated, and technically
competent personnel in order to maintain a high standard
of project quality assurance and control.
The
principals of ACTES and Vision, Michael
Fleming and Darrell Morie, collectively have more than
50 years of environmental, construction and related
industry experience; this includes more than 35 years
of senior project management. Field personnel receive initial training from the International Union of
Painters and Allied Trades, District Council #38.
Our work force skills are further augmented by in-house
and site-specific training. ACTES supervisory staff
have completed a minimum of 2000 hours of industry related
experience and further extensive training at the supervisory
level with regular upgrading to meet new challenges. |
